1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using this website (ronitjain.in) and engaging services provided by Ronit Jain, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or engage our services.
2. Services
Ronit Jain provides software engineering and consulting services including, but not limited to: full-stack development, system architecture design, product engineering, and technical consulting. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each engagement are defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Ronit Jain unless otherwise stated. Work product created for clients under a paid engagement becomes the client's property upon full payment, as specified in the project agreement.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms for services are outlined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may attract interest at a rate of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ronit Jain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of this website or the services provided. The total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project engagement, unless disclosure is required by law or expressly authorized in writing.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
